Who We Are
FANCI is a small business corporation established in the State of Maryland in 2002. We provide Registered Nurse Delegation services to DDA provider agencies and Private Duty Nursing which includes skilled nursing and Aides to clients in their personal homes and residential home settings in Montgomery, Prince George’s, Howard, Charles, Frederick and Baltimore Counties and City. We are licensed, insured and bonded.
Staff Development
FANCI carefully selects qualified and experienced skilled nurses and Aides to care for our customers. All of our nurses and caregivers go through criminal background checks and attend in-house and actual job orientation prior to starting work. Our staff development program is outstanding; we are constantly having mandatory in-services and trainings to meet the current needs of our customers.
Staff/Patient Compatibility
We call it “Match Making”. FANCI is constantly recruiting and training nurses and caregivers. This is because we believe that everyone has someone they can relate to better. FANCI will provide you with an experienced licensed skilled nurses and Aides for your current needs, but also considers your emotional and/or social needs as well. Caregiver compatibility plays a great role in your recovery.
